The Superior Queen Room offered a comfy bed with cozy linens, perfect after long days of exploring. The bathtub was a welcome treat, especially for tired feet, and the location near Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santo Spirito provided access to delightful cafes and charming shops. Fresh towels were readily available, and the TV had a nice selection of apps for evening entertainment. However, the shower drainage issue was a significant drawback. it flooded the bathroom, making it dangerous with the marble tiles. Additionally, the noise level from outside was quite high due to poor insulation, disrupting our sleep. It would have been helpful to have basic amenities like a kettle for coffee and heating instructions that actually worked during the chilly nights. This place has great potential but requires attention to these issues.

The shower drainage issue flooded the bathroom and bedroom, creating a hazard!!! Poor soundproofing allowed voices from other rooms to disturb sleep. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and could use simplification!!! Don't forget the elevator feels sketchy!!!

The location near Ponte Vecchio was perfect for our evening strolls, making most attractions easily walkable.
